Detroit native Don Verb links with Bronx’s Extra Overdoze for “Real Rap Back.” The single is off Don’s new album titled “Sanctioned Hits.”
Using a bit of comedic relief, the duo addresses lame rappers and trend chasers doing the most for 15 seconds of fame. Through quick-witted wordplay they plea to bring back gangsta rap, boom-bap, and even backpack Hip Hop. They declare Hip Hop isn’t dead, can’t’ be dead, and just needs a jumpstart back to the forefront.
The knocking bass and kaleidoscope of electrifying tones heighten the duos unconventional plea. Stream “Real Rap Back” and connect with Don Verb below on Facebook and Instagram.
