This past weekend Welterweight Adrien Broner easily beat opponent Carlos Molina in a unanimous decision. Then, during the post-fight interview with Jim Gray, Broner said “I’ve beaten Africans and I just beat the fuck out of a Mexican.” After receiving negative feedback Broner told TMZ “I love all Mexicans.” Glad we cleared that up. For his comments Broner has now been suspended by the WBC, though the fact that he just finished a fight (and in all probability won’t fight again for months), makes us question just how effective this suspension will be.
